Built by the Surgeon Who Got Tired of Prescribing the Same Dead Ends

Finally, Real Joint Relief. No NSAIDs. No Unnecessary Surgery.

Well Theory supplements are formulated by a practicing orthopedic surgeon to target inflammation and joint pain at the root so you can move, sleep, and live without choosing between NSAIDs that wreck your gut and surgeries you're not ready for.

Dr. Meredith Warner, in glasses and a white lab coat, smiles outdoors. Label: Founder, Orthopedic Surgeon, Well Theory.

I’m a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with 22+ years in practice, and I still operate.

Every day I see patients who are in pain, waking up stiff, quietly giving up the activities that make them feel alive. The walks, the golf, the grandkids. They don’t want to slow down. They want to age with power and mobility. They just haven’t been given a real path to get there.

Instead they were handed ibuprofen, told to lose weight, and sent home. Until things got bad enough to be referred to someone like me. I’ve never accepted that as the only path.

I built The Well Theory for the space between “manage it” and “schedule the surgery.”

Every formula in this protocol is what I give my own patients. Dosed the way the research actually supports.

Most of them never need the operating room. That’s the whole point.
