How do I skip a subscription shipment?
To skip a shipment: Log in to your account, go to “Subscriptions” in the navigation menu, and select the subscription you’d like to update. Choose “Skip Shipment” and confirm when prompted—the system will show your next scheduled delivery date. Once confirmed, you’re all set!

How do I update my payment method or address?
Simply log in to your account to update your payment method or shipping address.
- To update your payment method: Go to “Payment Methods” in the navigation menu. From there, you can edit an existing card, remove one, or add a new payment method by following the on-screen prompts.
- To update your address: Select “Addresses” from the navigation menu. You can edit an existing address, remove it, or add a new one by filling in the required fields and selecting “Save Address.”
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are flexible and easy to manage—you’re always in control. Simply log in to your account, go to “Subscriptions” in the navigation menu, and select the subscription you’d like to update. From there, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip your next shipment
- Cancel your subscription
All directly from your account profile.
Do subscription orders get free shipping or discounts?
Absolutely. Subscriptions include 10% off on orders, free shipping on renewals, and member-exclusive offers—making them a great value.
One-Time Purchases
Can I buy products without a subscription?
Yes. You can make one-time purchases of any product—subscriptions aren’t mandatory.
Do one-time purchases qualify for free shipping?
Not necessarily. Free shipping is a highlighted benefit of the subscription service. For one-time orders, shipping benefits may depend on promotions or minimum order thresholds, but are not guaranteed.

Can I switch a one-time order to a subscription later?
Yes. Each product page displays pricing like “$40—or subscribe and save 10%,” suggesting you can convert a one-time order to a subscription if you decide to later.
How do I reorder a product I liked?
Reordering is easy—simply select the product again and purchase. You can also choose to subscribe once you’ve made your repeat order.
