Shipping & Delivery
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen. After your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.
Please file a lost package claim with your shipping carrier before contacting us for a replacement. Please note: We can only replace your lost package 7 business days after the shipping carrier shows your package has been delivered.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international locations do not qualify for free shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must still have an unbroken seal to be eligible for a refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Simply return your product and purchase the one you want.
Refunds
How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
